Motor assembly methods

After repairing the disassembled motor, reassemble it as follows:

1 Use compressed air to blow off the dust inside the motor, check the integrity of each component, and clean the oil.

2 The procedure for assembling an asynchronous motor is the reverse of disassembly. Before assembly, check whether the dirt and rust in the stator are cleaned and damaged. If it is assembled, the components should be reset according to the mark and check whether the bearing cap fits properly.

3 After disassembling the motor, the motor base gasket should be placed in place and fixed. When installing the rotor, it must comply with the relevant requirements, and must not damage the windings. It should be tested before and after installation.

4 Before applying the end cap, apply thick copper wire from the bearing assembly hole and hook the inner bearing cover to facilitate assembly of the outer shaft.

5 When the bearing is mounted by the hot-sleeve method, the heating should be stopped when the temperature exceeds 100 °C. Fire extinguishers must be placed at the job site. Cleaning the motor and bearing cleaning agent (gasoline, kerosene) is not allowed to be randomly dumped, and must be poured into a dedicated trash can.
